The Early Childhood Center required a structural steel frame carried through to a complete interior environment. Shop detailing and erection had to leave a building that could receive timber floors, seating, and a lounge-standard finish — not an exposed industrial shed. Bessel delivered the steel package and the finished rooms as one story: frame, envelope interfaces, then interior completion.
This is typical of how we prefer to work on campus buildings: the steel contractor is still in the conversation when the interior contractor starts, because the same company owns both.

An existing “Majestic” building was converted into a concession facility for public use. The package was not a single trade: exterior works, shade, landscaping, and amenities had to read as one place — terrace paving, lawn, covered seating, and the building edge working together.

Safe outdoor use
School outdoor areas fail when shade and surfacing are specified separately. At Ahliya School Bessel delivered play surfaces, tensile canopies, and shade structures as a coordinated environment: colour-safe surfacing, impact areas, and overhead cover sized for daily student use in heat and sun.
Edge details, column protection, and drainage were treated as part of the safety case, not as architectural extras. The result is a yard that can be supervised and maintained, not only photographed at handover.

Industrial parking shade must survive UV, wind, and site access rules that a commercial car-park canopy never sees. Bessel designed, fabricated, and installed weather-resistant tensile parking shade for Saudi Aramco conditions — foundations, anchoring, and canopy geometry matched to existing lots rather than a generic module dropped on the asphalt.
